Folsom Power House

How amazing it is that Folsom Powerhouse was used to generate electricity in the year 1895, when it was built on American River 22 miles downstream from Sacramento. It was H.P. Livermore who envisioned this powerhouse and it still exists much like the same since it was built in last decade of the 19th century.
