The FORECAST GROU.L.P were the owners of the property called "River Run at Natoma Station", situated in the city of Folsom, county of Sacramento, California.

The land around Natoma Station Dr was originally all mining cobbles (rocks) that were pulled from the American River..The first buyers of homes in the development had to sign disclosures that they were aware the houses were built on these rocks.
There were a number of builders in the development, and also some lots on Hopfield and Bayline were sold as lots, and custom/semi custom houses were build. The builders as people remember were US Builders, Lexington Homes, Kaufman & Broad, and Richmond American,( most of these builders are now out of business. )That is why there are a number of different styles throughout the development.
